Dude, I can't tell you how excited I am! I wish I could donate, but unfortunately I don't have enough extra to spare right now. Good luck, I hope you make it!

I like it, I just wish it wasn't so short!

TheMillz responds:

Glad you liked it thanks for playing :3

Okay, so I've been playing this game for a few weeks now, and am pretty darn addicted. Here are a few of my thoughts/observations/issues:

1. Overall, this is a very good game, for an idle clicker. There are a few balance issues and bugs, but on the whole it is fun and interesting with a good art style, sound design, and game play. The easter eggs are great, as well. The developers have a sense of humor.

2. Issues and bugs:
- Lag. It primarily happens when I've got all spells activated at once and the little screaming dudes are running all over my screen, but not always. It has happened even with just the standard idling. And it's happened recently.

- Cloud issues. I don't know if other people have had this problem, but for some reason the cloud won't access my games when I'm at certain places. For example, when I am at home or at my friend's it will work just fine, but when I'm at school the game tells me I need to log into Newgrounds... even when I'm logged in. I've tried refreshing my browser, cleaning out my cookies, even restarting my laptop. No dice. But it will start from where I left off as soon as I get home. Either that, or your game is telling me I should be concentrating on my classes.

- Mobile app issues: I tried this game on the mobile app and deleted it within a day, mainly because the menus just did not cooperate. tapping and navigating worked fine, but when I wanted to purchase zombie upgrades it literally would NOT work. I think I was able to buy one upgrade once, but honestly I think that was just pure luck.

- Random Mob purchasing: Now, maybe this is simply the mouse I'm using, but sometimes when I try to scroll through the various zombies to level up it will just randomly level up a guy I didn't want to level. Comparatively this is a relatively minor issue, just an annoying one.

3. A few minor annoyances with the game play itself: for the most part the difficulty hike at around level 250/300. I've been working on the last few levels for a while now. I'm not saying it has to be easy by any means, but I really feel like my progress has come to a screeching halt which makes it hard to stay engaged. I also wish that there was a greater closed game bonus and/or that there was a way to autoclick the little screaming dudes. These things both really help the game but the random bonus happens too rarely to really be helpful and waiting around for the little screaming dudes takes up way too much time (not to mention difficult if the meteor effect is going while you're trying to click them). Besides, I'd rather have my game closed to idle so it doesn't eat up as much of my memory while I'm trying to do other things.

Aside from those issues (which are annoying but by no means game breaking) it's a very fun game.

Overall, I thought this was a great game. It did feel like a bit of a grind, but considering how short it is it wasn't that bad considering it didn't stop me from playing in the least. The style was cute, and I never got tired of the music for the few hours I played. I liked the different kinds of enemies and the various weapons there were. I got all of the achievements and beat the game. I'd love to see where it goes from here in a sequel, perhaps with a bit more to it.

I won't say I like this one any better than the 2k14 version, but I certainly don't like it any less. I think, though, that's more because of the feelings the different versions evoke. The 2k14 version makes me feel more hopeful and happy and energetic, while this one gives me more feelings of determination and drive and triumph. If this song was the main theme for a movie, I'd say that this is what would play while the hero has a training montage or emerges victorious while 2k14 might play as either the opening or during a carefree period before the main conflict arises.

I'm probably over explaining a bit, but there you go. Either way, Flying Free is my favorite song of yours by far!

viewtifulday responds:

:D :D I'm so glad that you like Flying Free. It's one of my favorites as well! And it actually makes me happy that you analyzed both versions

Okay, the office manager of the office I work through walked into my boss' office while i was listening to this song. The look of absolute confusion and the speed at which she left was enough to give this song 5 stars on its own. (I work through a pretty conservative workspace, so anything outside the realm of mainstream music is considered 'strange').

But outside of that, I did really enjoy the song. It was fun and upbeat. I can't really critique anything since I don't know diddly about making electronic music (not to mention that this song is almost a year old and you probably know just about anything I would tell you at this point), but I know I it was fun.

viewtifulday responds:

It is a strange song, even I think so, lol. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and yeah, I was using pewp software when I made it and can now produce much better

Ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh! I can't wait!

I'm a self-trained artist, doing a lot of furry, comic, and NSFW stuff (though my NSFW will not be posted here)
I'm getting back into the swing of things after a long hiatus, so sorry if it takes me a while to respond.
